Tu Rol : Buscamos un(a) Fabricador Soldador que sea un(a) "Profesional de Verdad" 🏆. Tu habilidad para unir y dar forma al metal es crucial para el éxito de nuestros proyectos. Serás responsable de ejecutar trabajos de soldadura con la máxima precisión y calidad, ya sea en nuestro taller o directamente en el campo, asegurando la integridad de nuestras estructuras y equipos. Tu trabajo es una pieza clave que mantiene nuestra "carreta" fuerte y en movimiento.

Tus Responsabilidades Principales:
  • Ejecutar y supervisar operaciones de soldadura de alta calidad en taller y en campo, siguiendo los estándares más exigentes.
  • Fabricar, reparar e instalar componentes estructurales y realizar reparaciones en maquinaria pesada y equipos de construcción.
  • Mantener los equipos de soldadura en óptimas condiciones y realizar inspecciones de calidad para garantizar un trabajo impecable.
  • Cumplir rigurosamente con todas las normas de seguridad, porque "Cuidando lo Nuestro" 🌍 es nuestra máxima prioridad.
  • Leer e interpretar planos y diagramas técnicos para ejecutar los trabajos de soldadura con precisión milimétrica.
  • Mantener una alta productividad sin comprometer la seguridad ni la calidad, demostrando tu compromiso de "Echar el Resto" 💪 en cada tarea.
Lo que Buscamos en Ti: Un(a) Profesional "Siempre Pa’lante" 🏃
  • Experiencia Comprobable: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en soldadura y fabricación. Se considerará experiencia menor si demuestras una habilidad técnica excepcional.
  • Certificaciones: Certificaciones de la American Welding Society (AWS) son altamente deseables, pero no un requisito indispensable si tu peritaje es sólido.
  • Habilidades Técnicas: Dominio en la lectura e interpretación de planos y especificaciones técnicas.
  • Actitud de Equipo: Capacidad para colaborar con las brigadas de construcción y otros miembros del equipo, porque "Juntos Somos Más" 🤝.
  • Logística: Residencia en el Área Metropolitana o a una distancia razonable (preferiblemente menos de 45 minutos) para facilitar el traslado.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Transportation

Our compensation policies for travel time and mileage will apply according to the role.

In summary:

  • If assigned to reach a project or location one hour or more away from your place of residence, a stipend applies for each day worked at that location.
  • Trips during working hours in your vehicle to attend company matters can be submitted for mileage reimbursement.
  • In case you are assigned to work at a location more than 40 miles from your town of residence, additional compensation will apply to travel time.
  • A weekly transportation stipend may apply instead of the above at the Company's discretion.

There may be productivity bonuses, or incentives to be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

 

Salary Advances

  • Once you have been working for 2 weeks, you can request salary advances. 
  • The advance will be deducted in reasonable and agreed-upon installments.
